My flight from Agartala to bangalore was cancelled due to lockdown *. I contacted Indigo for a refund and they said we will not not provide any refund but we have created a credit shell. So i asked them how to use that credit shell they redirected me to contact the travel agency Yatra (I booked ticket from Yatra) to utilize the credit shell. From * th April I am trying to get an answer and everytime they reply with a canned or generic response.
They are not telling me how to use the credit shell even after repeated mail to them. This is getting frustrated.
