- No Invoice Bill provided for food order ^Closed

I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred at PVR food court on ** th January ****. at PVR Cinemas at Curo Street Jalandhar. After placing a food order of Rs.****, I requested a proper invoice for my purchase, but it was not provided to me.

This refusal to issue an invoice is deeply concerning. As a customer, I am entitled to a valid bill for all transactions. More importantly, the failure to provide an invoice raises serious questions about the transparency of the outlet's sales reporting and its compliance with tax regulations, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST). This practice can be construed as an attempt to conceal transactions, which is a serious matter.

I would like to remind you that your own policy, which I understand states that customers are entitled to free food if a bill is not provided, was not honored in this instance. This represents a clear breach of your stated commitment to customers.

Therefore, I request the following:
