I have recently purchased this sun direct new HD box exactly says then on *th June evening it got fixed and it didn't complete even ** hours, on *th June evening it stopped working, hd box could have worked maximum for * hours. I requested customer service for technical assistance but they are not interested in rectifying the problem they are only just interested giving new connection not in solving the problem.** hours finished till the time I sent this message am waiting for their mercy to get my job done .
