I had ordered dog food for my pet from this website. It was a prepaid order (#****) for which the payment was made through Google Pay UPI (GPay Transaction ID : CICAgJCQ*Oj*Ag). Initially I was falsely promised it will be delivered in a few days which never happened. When I requested for cancellation and refund, was told to send an email requesting the same. After doing so on **st July, there has been no reply from the company through any medium- call, WhatsApp or email. I have email trail, WhatsApp chat if you need. I've attached the order details along with Gpay transaction details for your reference. Please help.
