i want to complaint about this site.
as i ordered shoes from this site on **/**/**** by making prepaid payment
as they already mentioned that they ship their product in * or ** days
Now its been over * month .My product is not even shipped .
they dont provide any option to cancel the order
plus they dont have policy of refunding.
they havent even provided any customer care number expect mailing option from their site.
even after so much complaining to them there is no response or change in delivery status of product.
and its not my complaint . i saw their facebook page and its full of complaints.
its not about money amount . its about fraud
