I have registered with byjus for my ward education in offline mode at your Bikaner centre in April ****, I have opted for three year programme,Advance of Rs. *****/- was paid in cash (receipt attached) and balance was paid through EMI of Rs. ****/-.Initially work station was given saying that it has to use for home work and attempting tutorial. after passing some time online classes started, presently there is no offline classes even centre is locked permanently (Photo attached). only few online classes are there which is resulting the bad effect on eyes on kids. keeping in view of my child health and improper classes I am not interested to take online classes, hence you are requested to refund my paid fee after deduction of till date fee (one year fee).
