I took relaxed plan for house hunting and then finalised property but owner backed out due to non compliance to ***I where * percent TDS has to be deducted by the tenant as per Income tax rules.
I had even transfered the token money as well but Owner backed out s he wanted to evade tax on rental income.
When i complained, No broker deactivated my subscription and no responding to calls.
