I availed the Mini Catalog service from India Mart at a cost of **** rupees per month, with the service being facilitated through ENACH. Over the past six months, I have consistently made these payments without experiencing any tangible benefits from the service.
Staying true to my commitment, I fulfilled my obligation by making payments for the service over the course of six months. Following this period, I explicitly communicated my desire for a permanent cancellation of the service. Despite my persistent efforts in reaching out to them repeatedly and obtaining verbal assurances of the cancellation from their representatives, an erroneous NAch instruction was processed which led to a bounced transaction. This unfortunate incident imposed a penalty of *** rupees upon me.
It is important to emphasize that I bear no responsibility for this situation; rather, it is a consequence of their suboptimal business practices. Despite adhering to my side of the agreement, I find myself unfairly penalized due to their errors.
I urge a swift resolution to this matter. The ideal outcome would be a rectification of the penalty charge, as it has arisen solely due to the mishandling of the cancellation process on their end. It is my hope that this matter can be resolved amicably, without the need for further escalation.
