We have purchased Vu Tv with an extended warranty with Jeeves. My warranty is still in ****. I am having the issue in my TV display so contacted Jeeves they sent technician after a couple of days. The technician confirmed that they will raise the request for replacing the not working part which is talk * days but almost it is more than ** days now from the date of my complaint. Whenever I call the Jeeves toll free ************ they are saying it will take ** days and not transferring the call to seniors or to concern who can resolve. Jeeves doesn't have any replacement part readily available to service customer when they don't have required part why are they taking warranty service. Please do the needful by taking necessary action against Jeeves Consumer Service Pvt Ltd.
