I ordered * bottles of armaf perfumes from armaf.in which is a Gujarat based online seller on ** oct ****. Next day when i went on their site for order update it showed under maintenance. Next day again when i tried to see it showed that my account doesn't even exist. I mailed their customer care abt this but no reply.
When i called the number provided some guy name ashish picked up and said that they are working on site and my order must have been shipped. He asked me to call later. I even texted him my payment detail and screenshot so that he could track my order.
Now its been a week and the guy doesn't receive my call nor does he reply to my text. My order still not couriered to me.
I have all the evidence to prove this.
