Dear/Mam
My name is Shashikant Verma and I am from Raipur Chhattisgarh, recently my wife is undergoing treatment at Sarvodaya Hospital, Mowa Dubey Colony, there is facility of case equipping but Dr. Sushma Verma is refusing to equip the case there. Because they say that even after taking approval in advance, the hospital gets **% of the money after deducting the cost of delivery, so they are refusing to file a case on this.
