hello Team, I have ordered a product (order id :**********) from vplak.com, worth of INR ****. After two days of recieving the order i recieved a mail stating that the product is not available in their warehouse so, it is cancelled and the amount will be refunded within ** days of recieving the order but haven't recieved yet. i have also tried to contact them on mail,twitter handle,whatsapp, contact Number but they didnot replied it once so far. Its allready ** days till date but haven't recieved a single reply from them . I would be grateful if i get any help.
