Iam a regular consumer of the service called YouTube by the company Google. Recently, I came across a YouTube video (attaching the link below):

by a Channel Named Aswin Madappally (attaching the channel link): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCk***kqv*btdawcKUlUry*w of which Iam a subscriber. In this Video - YouTube, the YouTube channel Aswin Madappally and the Owner/host of the Channel Mr. Aswin Madappally Has Created Aspersions On The Integrity Of My Business Multi Level Marketing. MLM Has Been A Legitimate Business Model From The Year ****. This Industry Is Going To Become A Major Part In Building India's Economy. The Owner Of The Channel Mr. Aswin Madappally Has Purposefully Avoided The Govt. Of India Guidelines **** And Made Statements Which Are Utterly False And And Without Merit And They Are Defamatory Per Se. He Has Also Misused The RBI Circular **** Which Is No More Valid Now, To Cheat The Public And Earn Money. YouTube has negligently not even taken any action against the video/ the channel/ the owner even after various genuine reports against the particular video from many users/consumers.
