We have booked a sleeper seat today on orange tours and travels, it showed the pickup point as chandanagar we selected that, after booking the ticket respective travels person called and said you can reach miyapur as there is only one passanger we are unable to come to chandanagar after a while he called again and said there will be another bus coming from that route you can take that bus and after that you can change to bus which you have booked, we have placed the sleeper seat for comfortable journey, how can we change these many buses even we selected the exact location which provided in the app, this is second time i have faced this kind of issues with this travels, sorry to say this this the worst travels I had ever seen..........
