I ordered Split AC from online shopping site ssscart.com & made payment INR *****.** on *st Sep ****.
I waited for almost a month after ordering with continuous follow-ups by me / poor response from ssscart.
On **th Sep ****, ssscart.com coolly informed me they had some mix-up issue & hence they could not dispatch & they will refund my money back.
I was ok for the refund & informed them to refund immediately as I already lost * month
It is now *nd Oct ****. I still didn't get a refund. When I tried to contact them, There was no response.
Again following up continuously with them to get money back.
I'm mentally affected & tired because of their attitude / poor response which made me feel I’m cheated & lost my money.
Requesting support in getting the refund ( INR *****.** ) immediately from ssscart.com
