i have buy four postpaid sim on November ** since I was raised request for a family plan pack under *** customer care representatives tell me that you need
to send a Console sms Y to ***
i have already done this so many times at last they add on is done and I also visited the vi office in tirupati so many times for this request
since November they haven't yet added this sim to
family plan
every month losing money paying bills individually for two numbers i was paying **** per cycle and another two numbers paying *** with tax for this month's bill generates ****
vi care officer employee told me not to pay the bill just wait i have raised a complaint for this issue but they did not yet respond so pls kindly solve the issue
