My boult neckband earphone is not working and it is under the warranty.I have complaint to boult service center they said to courier the product at his address and i did the same .But know * weeks has been passed they failed to provide me any kind of replacement or service .And the most surprising things is that they are not giving replying of my mail.So,i decided to lodge a complain regarding this issue please help me to get my product back.
