मैंने 'नमस्ते तीन पत्ती' (Namaste Teen Patti) ऐप से ** जून **** को ₹*** का बैंक विड्रॉल लगाया था। गेम में मेरा ऑर्डर नंबर ************************** है। विड्रॉल लगाने के बाद से गेम में स्टेटस लगातार 'प्रसंस्करण' (Processing) दिखा रहा है, लेकिन यह राशि आज तक मेरे बैंक खाते में जमा नहीं हुई है। जब मैंने ऐप के भीतर कस्टमर सपोर्ट से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की, तो वहां केवल एक ऑटोमैटिक बोट (Bot) बार-बार एक ही मैसेज भेजकर समस्या को अनसुना कर रहा है और कोई लाइव एजेंट बात नहीं कर रहा है। यह ऐप यूज़र्स का पैसा धोखाधड़ी से रोक रहा है। कृपया मेरा फंसा हुआ पैसा वापस दिलाने में मदद करें।"
