- Myntra Cheats denying return for defective product Open

Order no. *******-*******-*******
Ordered almost Rs. ****/- worth of product from Myntra. Received * defective product worth Rs ***/- and placed a return request.
Myntra Customer Service team is no help at all.
At first retrun courier denied the pickup, claiming for defective products you need to raise a complaint through Myntra app.
When I raised the complaint, Myntra did not ask for any defect details, no pictures of defect and without reaching out to me with any explanation, they closed my request.
I have now reached out many times to Myntra explaining that I recevied a defective product from the get go. But they claim that they sent the non defective product. Basically I am powerless now, and feel cheated.
I have already decided to return rest of the products because I do not want to buy antthing from Myntra anymore.
Myntra has lost a paying customer today. I wish they loose all their customers and the whole company can go to hell.
Myntra is a CHEAT COMPANT.
