Myntra has deactivated my account without any prior notice. I have * orders that I need to return but I can't get the access of my account at all. I tried reaching the customer support but they keep delaying telling me to wait wait and wait.Your customer care is not helping at all. I followed all guidelines, yet you blocked my account without informing me, even if my mistakenly violates any rules, you need to give prior information so that I can take action accordingly. But now, my money is stuck and returns are on hold, some are cancelled even after the pickup is done as my account is deactivated. I still have *k+ amount on my myntra credit.
My complaint reference number is IN********************. Please work on this reference number and get my query solved within ** hours. If you can't reactivate my account, at least process all my returns immediately. I want my money back.
If no action is taken in ** hours, I will take legal action and file a police complaint. This kind of service is totally unacceptable, and i really mean it.
