Respected sir, I placed a prepaid order for INR **** with shop*x.com on **th july from my sbi accout to seller's icici account via phonepe.and cancel that order on *nd agust. When i canceling my order they told me that within **hrs my refund will credit to my account. But after ** hrs the amount wasnt credited,then i try to contact their via mail,toll free number,website but i cant contact them.but there is no response from their website(www.shop*x.com),mail id (care@shop*x.com) and their toll free number(************). I think im cheated by them.sir please helm me find out them to get back my money. There is contact address in their website ie, chaudhary infotech *th floor,Plot No.**,phasel rajiv gandhi infotech parj,Hinjewadi,pune-******. my transaction details are, transaction id-p********************** utr-************.
