I had placed an order for an E-Ink Smart Notebook – Digital Writing Pad & Paperless Reader Device (** inch / Support up to *TB expansion) on **th April, with Order Number #A******.
However, I have not received any update regarding the order status or tracking details since then. As the payment has already been completed, this delay is causing concern.
