- My order didn t deliver ^Open

Hello Sir,
I have placed order for Rice on *th May-**** at **.** am from https://suryafood.in/ But they did not deliver the products yet.
I have been trying hard to connect over mail and call there is no response till date I paid them via UPI app their UPI Transection ID is-************ and mail id reflecting as irfan rajjak Surya
Mail Id mail received for to give quick order from email id - suryafood.deivery@gmail.com and after order placed received confirmation from ID-suryatrade.mumbai@gmail.com

My humble request please look in to this as earliest as possible.
I am sure this person must have done fraud with many other clients .Please help to sort it out.
