i have been using it for a year now. i purchased it in jan ****. It is really difficult to use this laptop. i have already made a complaint to the dealer. he told me to update it regularly. i did it all the time. but it is of no use . i have been facing problem since i purchased it. it is really sometimes it responds other time it just hangs. i want you to check this device and see if there is any in built issue and if not just repair it or replace it
