I booked a flight banglore to kochi( *th April ****)& return ( ** April ****)through goibibo booking .My flight has been cancelled due to covid-** virus!! I booked both flights with airasia. Now airasia has an option of rescheduling to another date for free or credit account!! But this goibibo is not helping me to reschedule my flight, once I go to that goibibo site please reschedule through airasia. Com site ! Untill now goibibo customer care has never sent a mail or call regarding this!! Now I cancelled my both flights due to no response from goibibo, if I booked through airasia I can reschedule for free, goibibo asking for rescheduling charges *** for one side ticket again!! Waiting for my refund processing now!!
