CHUDASAMA PRAVINBHAI BABU BHAI filed this complaint against DTDC on Dec 12, 2019
** Nov I send a courier by DTDC from Bangalore and they charged *** rupees for this service by seeing my pincode number in his computer, and said this service is fully available in this area . After two to three days I checked online with tracking is number B******** MY COURIER is in Rajkot . And then they start return process by not getting address their and after so many days I got my courier ** December. Now my concerns
*) I have never mentioned Rajkot in my address and then why this courier is going on Rajkot , I mentioned proper address with pincode and recipient mobile number ( they never call ) in district of gir Somnath , kodinar ( ******)
*) if they service is only available with Rajkot then they should tell me that we have not available service for this pin code ( RAJKOT AND GIR SOMNATH IS DIFFERENT DIFFERENT DISTRICT )
* They are not giving my any complaint , I call many times but not connected today I connected so I tell my problem to them so they just cut the phone . I also mailed at they official complaint I'd .but not get any respons.
So I want compassionate for this . My time and money both are wested.
