respected sir/mam,
i had started investing in paytm money sip since earlier ****. and in september when i tried to withdraw my money amount they are showing the status succesful withdrawal but only two mutual funds cheque are issued only. and that too say my account is NRE type so cant deposit money. Paytm money accept everything while registration and now after withdrawal they texted me that they are not supporting Nre type and from now Nre cant invest! They supposed to me suggest earlier while i was registering and stating my account type and everything. now its been almost * months and i had spent almost money nearby my sip amount of around **k and still no response. and i am not yet able to come to india before * year as per my contract with my company. I am losing my wealth as well as my health all because of that paytm money misleading program. I request indian judiciary to take strict actions against paytm money and spread an awareness so in future no other peoples like me has to suffered.
