We reside at Hasthipuram South. When it was mandatory to change the normal meter to biometric meter the service people changed the meter which was inside the home at that time. But after changing they haven't fixed properly the connection and left without even applying current tape to the connection between service wire and main wire to home. Due to this continuous sparkles are coming from it as a result, multiple power cuts. Kindly address the issue at the earliest.
