I booked a room in April and paid ****-**** for each bed and took the whole room. I can't go to Covid and get vaccinated. Now I have confirmed my ticket and am coming on November * but suddenly Vivek said that your family members cannot stay with you, but I have already confirmed before booking. Even when I called you (Vivek) he never answered the call. He always says I'm in a meeting. My father and uncle stayed with me for only two days, which they refused. If not possible, please refund. I am coming from Punjab. It is very far from Bangalore. What good is a room if my parents don't live with me? **********
