- Motor not replaced ^Open

Dear sir,
I had purchased Kutchina Chimney VOGUE SS model from Vimal Traders Bhilai, (C.G.) on **/**/**** as shown in attatched warranty Card.
I had lodge a complaint in Toll free number of Kuchina on **/**/**** that right side motor is not moving, which was recently changed by Bhilai Service centre on **/**/****.
A call from service centre Bhilai on **/**/**** ,asked / for complaint details. By giving details about the complaint, they said that right side motor is not available. It will be replaced whenever they get motor from company.
A call from service centre Bhilai on **/**/****, stating that motor is not still received from the company. It will be replaced whenever they get motor from company.
A call from service centre Bhilai on **/**/****, saying that service engineer is reaching home for changing motor. When the service engineer reached home, he said that motor will be changed only after payment of motor price i.e. ****/- plus visiting charges. I am agree to pay visiting charges only not the motor price stating that motor is life time warranty and one month before it was replaced. Motor is not replaced by the service engineer and my chimney is still in closed condition.
Sir, In my Warranty card, terms and condition, it is written that Life time warranty coverage is only for Chimney motor, and the same I am asking
Sir, it is my request to you to kindly look this matter and make an arrangement for replacing the motor at the earliest , so that customer will not be suffer due to service provided by Kutchina which is shown in Warranty Card.
