Hi myself Vijay Rajkumar katke. having mortgage loan with DHFL. I having been paying my all emi since **** properly till **th March ****, i.e. till Covid ** hits India. Since **th March my business is totally shut down(I m an owner of a Gym) and was not able to pay EMI from April ****. now DHFL is harasshing me for the same and saying that my dues are pending before March ****.I have my bank statement showing all the emi's paid till March****. Help me in this matter.
