Dear Sir,
I Oder one Smart Phone – Speri P-** Screen Notch Smart Phone Rs ****.** from Phoneskart Company, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh ******, dtd **.**.****, *.**. PM through pay Net banking , My Purchase Order number -********** and payment Id no- *********,
But Product do not Collect from Courier & refused for return to supplier , Next day one lady from this Company call me this number -********* and ask, Why Return Product and I told this Phone No demand at present , So I return this Product and I also ask to lady how many days I Return my refund Money. Lady told me * & * Days after return Your Money transferred to your Bank A/C , But As on date I do not received any refund money.
I Collect Courier Traking Details from Courier Service Man, The DOTZOT Courier Tracking No AWB: ************ which Show product delivered to Suppler dtd **.**.**** **.**.**,
But After received this return Product I do not received any refund money & I Try to contact to Party through mobile number Or Email Id, But This Mobile Number & Email Id No support at Present.
Kindly take Necessary action & arrange refund money
