I had made a transaction on April *nd **** from my Hdfc bank to Tamil Nadu electricity board. Even though the transaction failed my money is not being refunded. Still, any contact pay is gone in waste as they always keep saying wait * more days. These * days never come to an end as after * days they requesting to wait for another * days.
