Hello Sir/Madam

I am ** years old man writing this seeking help from you regarding a money refund issue with a Tour agency based in Solan , Himachal Pradesh. I have booked a trip through the website www.himachalcabtrip.com who goes by the name - Travel Wikipedia based in Solan , Himachal Pradesh in December **** and have paid the advance of Rs.**,*** through online bank transfer. In between i have developed a serious medical issue of Spine Injury hence according to the doctor's advise i am not allowed to travel and therefore i wrote an email on **th February **** to this tour agency about my situation and requested them to refund my advance in accordance with their refund policy.I have also couriered the necessary medical documents on **th February **** but despite reminding them again and again nor they initiated a refund neither they responded to me in any other way. First of all they don't answer my calls and if they do accidently their response is unprofessional, it appears that all these emails and calls and WhatsApp messages are falling into deaf ears. Its May *nd **** and i am still looking and waiting for the refund but no response from them. So, i have decided to turn to you seeking help in this matter , i am old and have ongoing medical issues , how far and long should i have to chase them like this.
I have also logged a complaint regarding this matter on the Department of consumer affairs website consumerhelpline.gov.in on march **** , but despite of continuous reminders from the consumer forum the company never responded , i waited for ** days to get a reply from the company but till today no response received hence the consumer forum suggested me to file a complain to the edaakhil website. In between this my friend has suggested me your website to seek help in this matter because i am almost ** yrs. old and having some serious medical issues so it will be very difficult for me to go through this whole process of filing a case and may be the tour agency is taking advantage of my old age and medical condition thinking that i won't be able to do a thing regarding this matter and because of all this struggle from past * months and now i feel depressed and became mentally tired hence i am writing my issue and seeking help from you.
So , can you kindly help me in this matter. I really need some help because at this age i feel really really helpless.
