I ordered a product from womenrocks.com (Order No :*********, * Nov, ****) and product was delivered to me on **/**/****.
But the product which I received is not similar to what is given on the website and product quality is very bad.
So I contacted them (No: +**-**********) and told them that I want to return the product as I am not satisfied with the product.
But they are telling me that product will not be taken back and my money will not be refunded.
I tried calling them many time but they are not picking up my call and also on whats app they are not responding (First time he picked up the call and told me to whats app).
Please help me in this regard.
