My booking Jaipur - New Delhi one-way, Trip ID ************. Train Was diverted on **th feb ****.
I asked irctc to refund the amount.
They have refunded ##### and it’s with you. But you are not giving it to me.
It’s been ** days now.
I’m running out of patience now.
Your customer support is useless.. only IVR system replies and that’s useless. Your support page on website has no useful link to reach someone.
I Send a DM to you but no reply.
I’m really frustrated. I need my hard earned money in this hour of need as I’m not having a job
