we booked an online Air ticket from go ibibo - ixigo site on ** aug **** from kannur international airport to Muscat International airport, we made all the payments on **/**/** (Rs *****/-) and the money got debited from our account but the ticket was not issued. When we concerned the authorities about the payment ; they said that they'll assist us. We hadn't recieved our ticket and the money hasn't been refunded back yet.
