Details for Order *****/****
On **th Oct,**** I placed an order number *****/**** for amount *****/- (Invoice ***) and the delivery date promised was **th Oct,****.
On **th Oct,**** They said the delivery will be done by **th to which I requested for cancellation as I had plans to go out of the town and the product was even not dispatched.
They promised the refund in *-** working days.
Which is still not processed till date even after multiple follow ups and promises.

On **Th Oct,**** I placed an order amounting Rs ***** at my Punjab Address and the invoice *** is generated for it with Items as below and promised delivery date was given as **st Oct ****.
• Samsung GalaxyM** combo offer with Samsung Ear buds
• Samsung Earphone HS****,
• Samsung Original EP‐TA**IWECGIN Type C Fast Charger
o And * *gm silver coins as per the offer

The Order is not fully delivered till date where only one item which is Samsung M** Mobile delivered for which also even the invoice with IMEI number is not shared which is an violation and is mandatory for any service related to warranty.
