On ** of April, I paid *** rupees for trading. The amount was deducted but did not reflect in my trading account. I waited but nothing happened. After ** hours I complained about the same and they told me that we will reach out to you in *-* days. But I have not received even a single mail from them and my amount has not been refunded. Please help ASAP.
