On **st July ****, VI Brand Store from different city activated higher rental plan in my corporate postpaid connection without written concent and remove plan benefits, now VI appleat team accepted that higher plan activation done by mistake from their store and now discounted plan not available so, i need to pay extra (discount amount) of Rs. ***/- plus GST every month.
