- Mobile app not delivered ^Open

I have agreed with this company gs web technologies for mobile app customization on ** Oct **** for an amount of Rs. **,***. At the very starting, we asked to add a few categories to be added in the app. They have agreed for the above price (Rs. **,***) for the time frame of **-** days. Later on, * weeks of work started they said that extra categories work is a bit a lot of work and they need to do from scratch and quoted me the amount of Rs. *****. We agreed for it and asked work extension period for * weeks more to finish work because every work needs to be done scratch for categories. Later they started asking time for extension and dragged the work for * months. In the middle of work, we asked we need a payment gateway and website design change. They charged Rs. **,*** extra. We agreed on the amount to pay. But work was not done as per requirement and we have compromised for alot of work which they promised to do after app launch so that we can run business in the meanwhile app was launched on *th April **** and that lead to bugs after ** days, they fixed. But still, the bugs keep coming up and the work has not done completely. After making full payment of Rs. *,**,*** we had not received the source code which we provided for customization. All the customized work is done on source code along with adding categories. When asked they said backend work is on the live server and front end app work code will be provided. We asked we need complete code which is completely bug-free. They said they don't have an updated version which bug is fixed. And at last, they started saying pay **,*** more to fix all present bugs and give complete code. Due to these people, I lost a lot of money. Due to their false promise, I believed and took employees to collect local store date and upload the product list, app work was not done and I kept paying salary for * months without giving any work for them because with the app they are no point of collection of data. The money which was spent on the project I brought for interest and paid interest every month. I was mentally harassed by this person and every day I was going through immense pressure. Now I am hopeless without complete project work source code which is bug-free and lost all money. I have a-z all evidence of these people done to me in this *-* months.
