Hi. I have took Mobikwik loan and usually pay on time but last month I missed my payment and got charged for **** as a penalty so one of Mobikwik customer care representative contacted me and asked to pay only ***** which I took and she said remaining will be waived off. It's been * week no response from them and I'm keep getting charged
