- Misusing my order and amount Open

Hello,
I have ordered my medicine vide the order no. OR****TKB-***A on **.**.**** for ** number of medicines for amounting to Rs.***.** and paid in online also. After that, they have cancelled one of medicine from my order called Savlon ***ml antiseptic lotion and increased the total cost of my order to Rs.***.** without my concern.
Now, my query is to if the Savlon ***ml antiseptic lotion is not available then how they kept in their site for delivery as well as the cost of other medicines increased. On increasing this cost I needs to pay further amounting to Rs.**.**. This company is disgusting on their and not up to their commitment. They won't know the value of the customer. They simply wasting time and value of the emergency patient who needs this medicines emergency. They needs to pay the value for that.
