I ordered a pair of shoes and two perfumes , but received a single packet containing two perfumes.
Incident: IN***************
This is regarding a missing product for which I have lodged complaint on *nd July ****.
After that I've been calling everyday and getting the same reply from your customer service executives to wait for ** hours.
On each call I get the reply that team is still working on the issue and it will be resolved within ** hours. Several "** hours" have passed and still there is no progress in the matter.
Kindly provide proper solution to the issue so that I don't have to waste my precious time talking to your customer executives.
