I was travelling thailand for trave My Pnr no.xdd*gj l but thailand immigration don't gave me entry visa and they send us back to India .When we reach there airline staff said that my luggage and one of my friend lugage was not there and they file complaint in computer. After a long argument they suddenly found my friend luggage and keep saying that we dont have any luggage. And now am staying in hotel asha,kolkata and they are not giving me a satisfied result
