Dear sir , I humbly request you to help me. I had ordered Noise Victor smartwatch on ** January **** which was worth Rs **** which was dispatched to my address on ** January. After receiving the order, as soon as I opened the box of the order Opened it, I did not receive the smart watch, the package was also torn, for which I had complained to your team on **th January, but till now I have not received any help, so please help me because my hard earned money was wasted in purchasing the product. Was engaged for. Please refund my entire money. I am a student and come from a very poor class, so I cannot bear the loss of such a huge amount. Please help me. Otherwise I may have to file a case in consumer court. Please help me.
