I request your help in one of the orders placed with Myntra.
I placed an order ********************* and ordered * Biba kurtas on Jul **, ****, *:** AM. I got the * Products delivered on Jul **, ****, **:** AM. The * products which was delivered to me, I got * product with missing item (green Kurta). The green kurta was listed as Kurta and Jacket however I received only green Kurta and jacket was missing. I placed the return request Jul **, ****, **:** PM and cancelled the remaining * products. (** mins within delivery the product). The item was picked on Jul **, ****, **:** PM and on Jul **, ****, *:** PM (within ** mins of pick up), i got the message that Return request put on-hold. Later on Jul **, ****, *:** PM (Return number: ********** ) I got the message that Your Myntra on-hold return request has been declined. When asked to customer executive to provide the details why the return has been declined, no one is sharing any details. I spoke to customer executives on **st, *st, *rd and *th however no resolution and everyone promised that the amount will be refunded. Now the product is with Myntra and the amount as well.
I have been trying to contact the customer care service but no one is responding.
We got the courier person also investigated, his number is **********.
