Airtel Sales executive promised that if you opt for *** plan, then I will be getting amazon prime, hotstar and other apps. He took rs **** and after the activation done on **th April, airtel is not providing these ott benefits which they committed. I have raised multiple complaint and they are closing without any resolution. They are not providing the refund as well. Area is wagholi Pune. Activation was done on **th April and *st complaint was raised on the same day.
