More supermarket (Bajpe)is misleading and fooling customers in the name of providing benefits through the Platinum Card scheme. After attracting customers with promised offers and privileges, the card was blocked without justification, causing inconvenience, and loss to consumers.This act amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, for which we seek appropriate action and compensation before the Consumer Court.”
