. Issues faced since day * but everytime I asked myself to be more patient but too much is too much: *- The sales guy Mr Deepak Tiwari and some zonal senior (who visits DC office Kolkata once in a blue moon was all available due to our fortune that day as per Mr Deepak) attached us to a designer who was working as a freelancer in DC. Since it was through DC and the so called state/east hub sales head guided us, we trusted him. *- The designer lacked meeting timelines (not by *-* days or weeks but by * months already- the work is still on !), monitoring/ supervision was *, we ourselves became unpaid yet struggling site managers and somebody who would chase the labourers daily. Soon will get BP and diabetes ! Local painter involved whereas the deal was for asian paints professional painter. Local false ceiling material was dumped in site whereas the agreement was for Saint Gobain. Luckily we happened to reach site before false ceiling installation. AC person opened/ uninstalled the AC before work withou taping the wires- all wires destroyed. Her engineer already destroyed tiles. AC could not be installed due to faulty planning of false ceiling. Now we are getting it installed at our cost. Complete Door refurbishment agreement turned into not servicing the edges. Many more.. *- DC later disowned the project stating they are concerned only about modular. *- The modular itself was delayed. Project manager changed thrice. The latest project manager mentioned on call (I have a recording) that the production delay was on account of machine breakdown at their bangalore workshop which is affecting **-** more clients. I asked for email where he changed the reason stating war outside India. The payment of **% basis which the production would start was followed up by Miss Eypsita ( DC lady who blamed us only to have picked up the wrong designer) on the pretext that if we dont pay, how will they meet the **th Feb timeline (** days commitment). **% payment made on **st Jan **** and we still await our modular ! Still away from home, aged parents, small kid everyone begging us to bring them back home. We are struggling at relative's home begging them for extensions only. Misguided and cheated to the core
